You are in good hands with passionate and incredible yoga teacher and massage therapist, Emily Gionis, reconnecting your mind and body through Yoga, enabling your spirit to strengthen, enliven and dance.
Chef extraordinaire, Ryan De Alwis, who will nourish and nurture you with his healing food made with love and fresh, local produce.
Hayley will be treating your mind, body and spirit with on site customized massage, reiki, cranio sacral and healing treatments (by the pool if you wish). She will also be guiding self love, meditation and deepening your connection with peace of mind throughout the week as well as teaching (as an option) Reiki level 1.

Typical Retreat Day
8am-9.30am - Morning Meditation, Pranayama and Flow Yoga (all levels).
10am-10.30am - Breakfast
10.30am-2.30pm - Free time/Massages - explore the island, local markets, swim at the local beaches
2.30pm-3.15pm - Lunch
3.30pm-6pm - Free time/Massages
6.30pm-7.30pm - Gentle Flow Yoga, Meditation
8pm-9pm - Dinner
Prepare for your retreat
Here’s a few very simple and easy tips so that you can make the most out of your Wellness Retreat.
Keep your yoga practice up or if you haven’t done yoga before, start taking a local class or check out Yoga with Adriene on YouTube
Trust the process and your teachers - we are here to support you 100% and our highest intention is to fully harness, support and care for you.
Be willing to put in 100% - this is your opportunity to dive deep into your soul and explore the beautiful spirit that lies within you. This is your opportunity to truly shine bright after a week with us.
No need to have a suitcase full of yoga pants, make up, hair dryers or hair straighteners. It’s your chance to let your hair down and feel graceful just as you are.
Practice on your travel yoga mat beforehand. Travel yoga mats tend to be thin and sometimes not the most comfortable when practicing yoga. Give it a try before you come on the retreat. Of course, we can always improvise with supporting it with a blanket/towel or borrowing a spare mat or ours.
Set aside all expectations. Come with an open mind and an open heart - even if you’re not there yet, trust us, you will. Your experience will be optimal if you trust and let go. We are here for you.
Any cancellations made 4 months prior to the retreat start date will be issued a full refund. 2 months prior will be issued a 50% refund. After this, payments are non-refundable, unless you can fill your spot. Should the retreat need to be cancelled by us, your entire payment will be refunded. We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance and travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances.
